As a Recruitment Administrator, I was responsible for supporting the recruitment process within Monaghan Mushrooms. This involved coordinating and managing various aspects of the recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to contract drafting for Monaghan's sites throughout Ireland, UK, Netherlands and Germany.
