The case work I was responsible for was extensive and included absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances. In addition, I managed the delivery of recruitment and selection services to our business units, including the placement.

I was responsible for providing HR support and advice to approximately 370 staff and managers in the areas of employment and health and safety. I worked closely with our managers and advised on performance management, redundancy, remuneration and rewards, and recruitment and selection.In addition, I was the lead Health, Safety and Environment practitioner.

Auckland, New Zealand

I provided front line customer service and HR administrative support to approximately 750 employees. Advising them on employee paperwork, employment agreements, parental leave and legislative requirements. I also assisted with all stages of the recruitment and selection process from writing advertisements to conducting behavioural interviews and referee.
