My overall experience and knowledge in hospitality management has prepared me significantly for anyposition. I will be able to use my skills and training from my degree in Hospitality Management and apply it to the business. I am very interested to begin further developing my people skills as well as really using my people to help accomplish a common goal. I plan to absorb as much knowledge as I can, and I will never stay stagnant in a company. While working in all forms of hospitality management I have learned many valuable things that has prepared me for my future career choice. I have developed great time management skills and I will never stop learning! I take feedback very well and will beginning applying any feedback given to me the next day. I have a passion for serving others and giving them that above and beyond service while maintaining my standards. Food and beverage has always been the field I was leading more to which gives me a drive to learn and do better in that specific field.
