Rebecca has worked as a professional graphic designer since 1990. As Design Director at Optimum Design & Consulting, she coordinates the creation of original graphic design, such as logos and identity systems, brochures and print collateral, publications, direct mail, and advertising. Working with Optimum's webmaster, she creates website interfaces and HTML email campaigns.Specialties: Branding and identity, print and collateral design, website design, advertising design.Since September 2016, Rebecca has served as Advocacy Liaison for the Graphic Artists Guild, where she monitors upcoming legislation on copyrights and issue relevant to visual artists, and writes articles on design and illustration for the Guild’s news blog. She has taught workshops on pricing and estimating at HOW Design Live and for the Graphic Artists Guild. As Guild representative to ico-D, the International Council of Design, Rebecca leads a workgroup on National Design Policy for their Professional Platform. In August 2016, she conducted a 1/2 day session on the topic at ico-D’s Platform Meeting in Pasadena. She also serves on ico-D’s Audit Committee.
