Current• Offer critical strategic support to advance company goals, drive growth and improvement; report directly to the CEO and liaise with legal and finance• Lead a team of 30+ high-performance communications professionals to drive the direction of the company• Develop policies and procedures that increase efficiency, promote company culture and vision • Oversee the company’s new business development process; increasing new business significantly during the first 9 months• Oversee human resources including talent recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; administration of employee benefits, including health insurance procurement and development of internal culture
