I helped to manage foundation, corporate and individual solicitations for a mid-size human services nonprofit organization. Responsibilities included writing, editing and compiling fundraising and PR materials (grants, direct mail appeals, quarterly newsletters and annual reports) raising over $75,000, and increasing public awareness, managing a department budget of $760,000, planning special events, including gala, golf outing, comedy event, and an alumni luncheon and hiring and supervising a professional and administrative staff.

I provided consultative services for clients in 100 Midwest and West Coast communities to enhance their educational and fundraising campaigns, administered grants for a national outreach campaign, led a seminar in Israel and Kiev; recruited participants, designed itinerary, and facilitated a tour and directed the implementation of a program between 3 organizations, in 10 communities.
