• Oversight of the operations of the Sales Organization including Sales Directors and Directors of National Accounts, and Client Solutions Managers across our Enterprise and National Sales to attain overall geographic.
• Oversee hiring within our Sales organization, providing direction and oversight to TA as well as being an integral part of the interview process.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires within our Sales Organization
• Oversee training and development of CSM’s, Sales Directors, and DNAs, in partnership with our SVP of National and SVP of Enterprise Accounts
• Actively support existing account leadership in the development and execution of strategy and growth plans
• Responsible for front office tools and services oversight, in partnership with our SVP of Delivery including tools process changes and documentation, tools renewals, and tools POC in partnership with SVP of Delivery.
