Since taking over Gemini's Facebook page in September 2017 follower numbers more than doubled within 4 weeks and we ran a variety of paid posts with relevance scores in excess of 8.In addition to this, online sales shot up and engagement with page followers increased from a couple of likes to regular comments and shares. Other responsibilities include blogger and influencer outreach, content creation, brand management and strategy.

I worked with this cloth nappy online retailer whilst completing my #DigitalMums training. Over the course of 6months I planned, created and implemented a B2C brand awareness campaign. The campaign was focused on Facebook and Twitter as this is where the target audience was most present.The campaign included two competitions - the first of which, on Facebook, generated over 4,500 entries, 100 shares and reached around twice as many people as all other posts put together. The second had more limited entry but still generated a lot of interest and entries.I also hosted a TweetChat in the latter half of the campaign which was fast-paced and well attended.In summary, Facebook reach increased by 697% while interactions increased by an average of 17,000%. Page likes increased from 300 to 471. On Twitter, impressions increased by 994%. Interactions were at zero on beginning the campaign and increased to an average of 33 retweets; 77 likes, and 23 shares. Followers increased from 351 to 429. The actual number of new followers was higher than that but we lost some "serial followers" such as compers when the channel became more active.In addition to this, website traffic referrals increased, particularly from Twitter, and there were 20 new email subscriptions.
