Provided all system administration for the company in addition to report development. This included 30+ servers, 120+ client machines, 20+ front end machines and a multitude of peripheral devices. Additionally it included the security systems and phone systems.Oversaw the implementation and integration of a newly purchased second plant located in another state. Developed migration plans for their existing ERP system. Assisted in the training of our process and served as the communication liaison between plants as they were assimilated into our company. Played a key role in the selection and implementation of new ERP software. Evaluated the software to ensure it would meet the growing needs of the company. Once selected, ensured all hardware and software was procured and tested. Tested and provided guidance on the processes to be used within the new ERP system. Provided development of Crystal Reports needed. Worked with vendor to resolve integration issues within their software products.
