Provide oversight and development of software integration and business intelligence platform projects. Provided all system administration for the company in addition to report development. This included 30+ servers, 120+ client machines, 20+ front end machines and a multitude of peripheral devices. Additionally it included the security systems and phone systems.Oversaw the implementation and integration of a newly purchased second plant located in another state. Developed migration plans for their existing ERP system. Assisted in the training of our process and served as the communication liaison between plants as they were assimilated into our company. Played a key role in the selection and implementation of new ERP software. Evaluated the software to ensure it would meet the growing needs of the company. Developed Crystal reports for data visibility from existing ERP system, created a shared library of dynamic parameters for use in all reports and maintained the Crystal Report server . Developed MSSQL procedures and functions to manipulate and compile all costing data. Developed a client facing web-based artwork upload system. Developed data collection methods outside of the existing ERP for shipping costs allowing them to be tied back to the originating job which enabled granular evaluation of these costs. Assisted with IT Helpdesk needs and deployment of new client machines when needed.
