Made a move back to R&D since I missed working in team and taking lead and ownership in product development phases. The department within R&D was new so there were a lot of financial routines and ownership to enhance. I provided detailed analysis and benchmarks as well as real data to strategy discussions for future development. For me it was an advantage to have experience from R&D to be able to support in the best manner.Last year I was appointed as change leader to improve the performance steering, financial routines and processes related to material cost and F&T for Product Creation.
