I supported the company during its B2B pivot by producing engaging and relevant content for inclusion in lifecycle email campaigns and to pitch to press. Case studies, market research, and influencer campaigns drove press in publications like AdWeek, Forbes, AMEX's OPEN Forum, and niche industry publications.From live streaming events, research studies, and how-to videos, I oversaw a multitude of B2B content. I also partnered with companies like Buffer on co-marketing content initiatives. Lastly, I forged the strategy for Animoto's co-founder in his Chief Video Officer role, securing him speaking engagements and bylines at Social Media Week NYC, MINDBODY's BOLD Conference, and more.

After my first four years at Animoto, I was promoted to the Head of Pro Photography and then again to the Customer Owner Department. As Head of Pro Photo, I generated roughly 40% Y/Y new bookings growth over approximately 18 months and contributed to driving thousands of new subscribers through GTM strategies and product marketing.As the Customer Owner Department head, I gained valuable team leadership experience by supervising four individuals who were responsible for the messaging and growth for the three primary customer segments (B2B and B2C). We achieved success through partnerships with influencers and companies like Skillshare and CreativeLive. We also developed engaging content and online events. In addition, I oversaw our communications strategy ahead of our launch of a new B2B product geared toward marketers. I developed case studies for 20+ brands like Billboard Magazine and The Jane Goodall Institute.

I was hired at Animoto in 2009 as their first marketing professional and, even though my role changed with future promotions, I never lost my positioning as a cornerstone resource for content and subject matter expertise. I relished my role as their ground-floor marketer even while the company's workforce grew more than ten times its original size.
