Women Veteran Program Manager
CurrentRole: full time program management and system wide oversight for Women’s Health. This position includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities: technical writing: standard operating procedures, case report forms, directives, business agreements, contracts, protocols, database studies, manuscripts, presentations, and grants cervical cancer and breast cancer research, data monitoring, metrics management, and reporting staff oversight and education, vendor management, budget, and finance development and oversight data systems building, data collection, analysis, QI/QA, monitoring, and reporting safety/privacy and regulatory compliance management, membership in the Medical Executive Committee networking, new program creation for health prevention and promotion, market saturation analysis, patient satisfaction management, program integration into all aspects of VA services design, develop, and evaluate program performance and activities to enhance health care delivery through research, patient care tracking processes, and timely data collection and analysis from multiple databases. Organize data and present trends, relevance, and actions for improvement to facility, regional, and national leadership fiscal budget creation and management; grant funding application and funding maintenance quality improvement project management for improved care access and continuity country-wide consultant to VA systems Women’s Health programs, aiding in their develop and growth – most recently guiding Erie and Coatesville to expand their programs through data analysis and Executive Decision Memo writing, and providing Tuscaloosa guidance for staffing
