From Elementary education, to public accounting, corporate finance and finally landing firmly in the non-profit sector for the last 17 years, a varied career has led to a diverse skill set. I love that whether as a CEO, CFO or a mom who raised three amazing (now adults) I have been able to give back in leading and teaching through organizations that put mission and people over profit, while generating profit that drives missions!Excellent communication skills; MBA specializing in non-profit leadership; strategic growth, financial management and serve on varied boards bringing all aspects of organizational leadership and management skills to the table.I believe every employer, mentor or coach teaches us either how we want to be as a leader, or how not to be.
