Lead all public communications and outreach efforts for statewide coalition of 41 Children's Advocacy Centers that coordinate child abuse investigations and support victims and families. Provide content, graphic design and layout, and manage communications across print and digital platforms. Plan and implement Child Abuse Prevention Month campaign and annual SHINE campaign. Support all fundraising efforts and manage donor records, donation forms, and donor communications. Network with partner organizations to advance shared mission and promote collaborative work. Work with print and marketing consultants to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

Support all Development functions, including print and digital communications, marketing and PR, event planning, donor relations, and fundraising. Help to ensure quality of branding and messaging across platforms, manage online presence via Wordpress and Facebook, track leads and grow social media network, and produce creative content. Assist with gift processing, receipting, and reporting. Serve as team lead for Giving Tuesday and Highmark Walk annual campaigns. Work with contracted professionals on special projects as needed.

Taught argument-based writing courses in the First Year Seminar program as well as general education courses in English.

Served as teaching assistant to department faculty members, held Allen Grossman Teaching Fellowship in the Program in Expository Writing, and was awarded two semesters of Dean's Teaching Fellowship to teach 300-level writing-intensive courses for students in the English and Writing Seminars programs.

Advised students in one-on-one consultations aimed at improving written work. Conducted group sessions on grammar, mechanics, and style.

Researched and wrote articles for alumni magazine, parents’ newsletter, and annual report. Gathered information via interviews, phone calls, and e-mail. Managed multiple project timelines and successfully met assignment deadlines. Worked with editors and design team to meet industry publication standards.
