To enter and process Apprenticeship and Train to Gain paperwork on to the College Management Information System which included starts, Health and Safety visits, Learner reviews, transfers, achievement, withdrawals and other data accurately and in a timely manner.To carry out copying, auditing and filing duties to ensure that they contained all necessary completed paperwork to satisfy auditors and awarding body requirements.To carry out internal file audits on all learner records.

Dealing with student enquiries and student applications.Assisting in the organisation of the International Social Programme to include all coach bookings, producing posters, providing information packs for all student visits and also accompanying students on visits when required.Data entry of student details.Assisting with the post rota.General reception duties, dealing with enquires, answering the telephone, photocopying and filing.
