Drive and/or support a variety projects within the Corporate Human Resources department. Some of the projects I led or have been a part of include: bi-annual employee survey; creation of diversity network groups; and the creation of competency model.

As an HR Manager supporting the Store Development organization within Starbucks, my primary client group sets strategy and goals for the field organization. I consulted on OD issues, job descriptions, compensation and a variety of other areas. I have built strong relationships with the directors and vp I support to help drive business results for the organization.

In this role, I supported a large business unit in implementing large HR initiatives. These initiatives ranged from OD work to succession planning to incentive plans.
