Developed marketing strategies that help franchisees open and grow locations in both new and existing markets - expanding the system from 2,600 salons to over 4,500 across the US and Canada. Led a cross functional team that focused on onboarding new franchisees with processes, training and support systems that resulted in a 15% increase in customer traffic year over year for all locations. Developed regional marketing plans that leverage local knowledge to make connections with the community, gain brand awareness, drive new customer traffic and improve customer retention.
