RM Creative is a design and marketing consultancy, conceived after many frustrations having worked both sides of the PR and Marketing fence - agency and client side. My desire is to work in collaboration with clients as an extension or ‘helpful arm’ of their own business, using my design and marketing skills to deliver creative marketing that not only raises awareness of a brand through multiple channels but also injects energy, insight and an external eye – expelling the need for in-house employee costs. My experience in the marine industry has naturally led me to specialising in that field, working in a consultancy capacity regularly for Fox's Marina & Boatyard and Superyacht Tenders & Toys.

Contracted three days a week to head up marketing for international ICT provider, QDOS (working alongside my freelance business). On commencing the role the company had no marketing or strategy in place. I single handedly refreshed the brand and all printed and digital media including a new website, exhibition collateral, corporate literature, e-marketing and social media campaigns, local and national PR, a set of brand guidelines and a complete marketing strategy.

After five years as Marketing Executive for market leader Oyster Yachts I was offered the opportunity to jointly head up the in-house marketing department. During my time at Oyster I was responsible for directing the creative and strategic marketing, rebranding, production and Editor of the award-winning Oyster Magazine as well as overseeing international events including the Oyster Regattas (Caribbean, Mediterranean and UK), boat shows and dinners .

I joined Jacob Bailey as a Senior Account Manager to handle the expansion of new business as well as manage existing, established client accounts.My primary role within the agency was to manage and develop client accounts; implementing strategies for diverse target audiences using relevant cross platform communications, within time scales and budgets.

My initial role at AWC was Account Manager, after 11 months in the position I was promoted to Account Director and overall Manager of Client Services, I managed the account handling team overseeing all client accounts and directing a high profile key account base of B2C and B2B clients.
