I am the Human Resources Coordinator reporting to the Director of Human Resources, Executives and Managers for 400+ employees throughout the US and Canada. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Implementation and Administration of our HRIS System and Benefits Administration System• Manage Application Tracking System• Customizing HRIS system based on company needs• Manage permissions and access levels in HRIS and SharePoint• Interviewing potential candidates• Benefit Administration of fully insured and self- funded Health Plans. Working with healthcare• TPA's and Stop Loss Carriers.• Interview Coordination with Senior Managers/Executives, Consultants and Engineers• Moderating and Facilitating Phone Screens• Performing Background Checks, I-9 E-Verify and Reference Checks• Created electronic filing system for Allocating, Documenting and Reviewing of Resumes • Reviewing Accuracy of Invoices • Creating Excel Spreadsheets to track resumes, terminations, new hires, HSA's, benefit elections, • Immigration cases, etc.• Inputting Evaluation Scores and Data Entry• Monitoring HR Inbox for resumes, compliance notices and various other HR/Rail Transit information• Corresponding with every Candidate• Giving Employee Tours• Explaining and Reviewing New Hire Paperwork• Assisting with Permanent Resident Cases with the DOL• Completing Complex Employee, Engineering and Executive Compensation Surveys and EEO Reports • COBRA Administration• Termination Administration• Representative for the Wellness Committee• Creating logos, branding and creating communications as requested.• Researching new recruitment websites and initiatives. • Company Representative at Career Fairs• Managing LTK's LinkedIn Company page & LinkedIn Recruiter Account• Identifying and Recruiting potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter• Reviewing and Approving Expense Reports• Other General Administrative Tasks.
