Academically and professionally qualified, Rebecca provides thought leadership and strategic advice to directors and board members on organisational development, and regularly coaches executive leaders. Currently working at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, a world-leading specialist cancer care and research centre in Greater Manchester, Rebecca leads on approaches to developing inclusive cultures and behaviour change, supporting system-based working within the NHS. She has substantial previous experience in the Higher Education sector, public and private sector organisations, and undertakes ad hoc consultancy. Rebeccca uses psychological approaches to organisational learning, putting people, wellbeing and connection at the heart of conversations. Skilled in building relationships across boundaries and developing new practices, she ensures that people's readiness for change is understood and that behaviours and mindsets are considered equally alongside skills, knowledge and capabilities.
