At the help desk I assisted students who had questions about the mobile computing program at UConn. I also took on tasks that were not originally assigned to my position, such as re-imaging laptops and updating them to Windows 7.

At Skyline my primary task was calling existing customers as well as new prospects. I called between 50 and 70 per day. Through these calls I was able to maintain relations with customers and reach out to new prospects which aided in new business development. While at Skyline, I had a project of inviting businesses to a Seminar on Successful Trade Show Marketing Strategies. I was able to register about 33 companies for the seminar. In the past, about 33% of registered companies actually attended the seminar. About 21 of the companies I registered attended.
