Key projects include:- Oregon Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Needs Assessment and Research (Project Manager): wrote and secured funding for statement of work for research by PSU graduate students; oversaw multifacted research project regarding Oregon's current and future cybersecurity posture, including comparative policy analysis of other states' activities, focus groups and surveys for Oregon organizations, and document review and interviews with key stakeholders in the Oregon cybersecurity landscape; coordinated activities with Executive Agency and newly formed Cybersecurity Advisory Council.- Oregon Summer Fellow 2016 - Oregon Office of the State Chief Information Officer: worked at the OSCIO for 10 weeks conducting comparative research on state information technology procurement policies and processes.- Total Employer Cost of Compensation (Program Coordinator): internal software specifications reviewer and QA testing; primary client point of contact; internal process creation and review; coordinated gathering of financial and HR data from a variety of Oregon cities and counties.- City of Creswell Policing Consulting (Researcher): conducted online survey of police chiefs of small Oregon cities; comparative analysis of system requirements for RMS and CAD systems; coordination with and presentations to city council and community members.
