In 2013, 2014 and 2015, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals has ranked ISS among the world’s best outsourcing service providers.Supporting Commercial Services division of ISS , providing support to Supply Chain, Fleet, Business Development, IT and Kronos teams.Duties Include;• Liaise with suppliers and other external parties to source information required by the Supply Chain Solutions team.• Compile PowerPoint presentations for the EGM – Commercial Services, National General Manager – Supply Chain Solutions and National Supply Chain Manager.• The creation of master data within ISS systems ensuring that all data is created to a high standard• Ongoing and periodic maintenance of master data (such as Customer and Supplier records) to ensure data integrity and uniformity – investigate and develop tools for improving processes and for data cleansing.• To report on Master Data, regularly and on an ad hoc basis, specify any reports that may be needed to improve Master Data processes and monitoring• Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure alignment• The sourcing, collation and verification of supplier spend data, by contacting suppliers and finance.• Travel Booking - Domestic and International• Expense reconciliation• Liaise with Executive Assistant on tasks.• Meeting scheduling and preparation.• Invoice processing - Accounts receivable & Payable• Assist in special projects and duties as required.
