Organize and lead weekly team meetings, guiding a group of roughly 20 new members in diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and advancing technical knowledge.

As a Trek Sales Associate, I promoted cycling by encouraging participation and organizing community events such as the TREK Ellicott City Kids Bike Rodeo to enhance bike safety and increase engagement with the store. During my time, I delivered exceptional customer service by assessing individual needs, making personalized recommendations, and building lasting client relationships. Additionally, I initiated a one-on-one bike lesson program to foster meaningful connections with young riders in the community. Achieved $160,000 in total sales, with an average add-on of $135 per bike sale, demonstrating strong sales and customer engagement skills.

During this research internship under the UMBC Department of Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marine biology and environmental science.
