As the Inside Sales Manager/Regional Product Manager of an Electronic Component Distributor my role was responsible for managing a staff of five Inside Sales Representatives, and two Administrative Representatives. The objective for this position was to grow sales. Sales growth was achieved by working with staff to develop effective sales techniques, provide comprehensive training, increase gross profit through Marketing strategies and customer buying pattern analysis and working with customers/vendors to obtain cost effective solutions.
