I would have to say that my predominant skill and quality is that I truly care about people and relating to them business wise in an honest, straight forward fashion. I have always had the ability to put myself in the other person's "shoes," and understand their trepidation when evaluating a potential transaction. I have worked in the real estate industry now for almost three decades. It would be longer, but initially in 1979 I did not actively practice. Some of the clients I sold properties to a decade ago, have engaged me to market them in recent years, which I did. In each case, selling them successfully. It is a huge compliment to me, that they trusted me and placed their confidence in me. It has always been an honor for me to have a happy client who feels compelled to recommend me to their friends. I am very detail orientated as I feel if things are done right to begin with, the whole transaction stands a much greater potential for a successful completion. I know this area well, having moved here while still in high school. I got my BA from USF in Tampa. My favorite thing about the real estate profession is working with people. I learn from my clients- about states and cities they're from, jobs they have held, their life experiences, interesting tidbits and insights from a different perspective.
