CurrentManage the development and execution of various marketing materials for customer retention including compelling cross-platform content Work to ensure seamless coordination, and an ‘integrated approach’ to all forms and of customer communication. Develop ad campaigns to publish across multiple social media platforms and continually monitor results for success.Ensure that content and PR is developing in concert with others in marketing so it can be effectively repurposed across appropriate platforms and venues. Develop and manage positive, effective relationships with outside agencies in the development of PR, content and advertising as needed. Identify and monitor segments within the customer base that would benefit from highly targeted marketing programs, suggesting tactics that drive profitable growth in line with our overall corporate strategy.
