3 Day remote internship conducted by Bright Network and technology industry leaders such as Google, Amazon, Lloyds Banking Group, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Vodafone, EY, Crowdstrike, and Schroders.

I work as part of a large team, administering tests for University students. As a Sample Processor, I prepare the test kit and process the test sample to obtain a result. The role involves:- Liaising with Test Assistants to obtain the collected samples for processing.- Processing the sample using a lateral flow testing device.- Liaising with the Results Recorders to record accurate test results.

My role was to work alongside the Team Leader, to support and develop our group of young people through a structured programme of activities. Some of my duties included:• Being a positive role model at all times.• Assisting the Team Leader with the participants’ pastoral care.• Encouraging and supporting my group of young people through any unforeseen challenges and setbacks.• Working alongside the Team Leader to inspire and motivate the young people in my group encouraging their involvement and participation.• Supporting the development of participants’ social action projects.
