After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Minor in Diversity from The University of Washington, I traveled overseas to play professional volleyball for almost 10 years. Having lived in more than ten countries, I pride myself in being a problem solver who can adapt to evolving business landscapes. During this time, I became an expert in the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team, and mentor and motivate others to produce a positive working environment. I also helped develop the brand equity of the agency that represented me through various marketing campaigns, as well as growing the firm's clientele through recruiting strategies. With my athletic career coming to a close, I sought to further my education and, in 2021, completed a double masters with an MBA and MS in Information Technology & Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, both with honors. Currently, I serve as an Enterprise Account Executive at Ellucian, where I am responsible for partnering with higher education institutions to innovate via digital transformation. When I’m not busy helping institutions create a world-class experience, or giving my French bulldog belly scratches, I enjoy wake surfing and writing poetry.
