As the Director of Resource Development at Operation Pathways, a subsidiary of the NHP Foundation, I lead the strategic planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, communications, and partnerships to support the mission of providing quality affordable housing and resident services. I have more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on human services and community development.I have a proven track record of securing grants, donations, and contracts from various sources, such as foundations, corporations, government agencies, and individuals. I also oversee the development and implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns, events, and publications to raise awareness and engagement among diverse stakeholders. Additionally, I have experience managing and mentoring resource development staff and volunteers and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
