I am a Strategic Human Resources professional with significant experience working in the financial services industry, with a focus on the technology/operations side of the business. I completed a two year HR Rotational Program at Citi where I had the opportunity to develop my HR expertise across different functional areas and businesses. Post-program I now serve as a Project & Data Analytics Lead and an HR Business Partner for Citi’s Consumer Technology business . I love serving as the connector between all areas of HR and my business partners, and I love the opportunity to truly drive people strategy in a business, and these roles allow me to sit in that unique position.
