I am a leader who gets things done.I have built successful teams, grown businesses and delivered projects which, at first, were considered a pipe dream. I’ve developed a wealth of experience over my 25-year career, which has seen me work across 3 different continents, adapt to different cultures and hurdle all manner of obstacles.I am not afraid of failure. Sure, it’s not much fun when it happens, but being able to fail fast is how I’ve grown the most and it’s something I actively encourage from my teams too. Owning mistakes and learning from them is the best way to innovate and this, as well as being naturally inquisitive and determined has meant that there have been few problems that have gotten the better of me.My modus operandi in the face of highly-charged situations and looming deadlines is to stay calm, organised and rational and good dose of pragmatism also goes a long way. Finally, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of rank or title, and honesty is always always the best policy.
