I am a commercially astute HR and L&OD leader with nearly 20 years of experience in organisational/career development, HR and change management. Additionally, I am technically curious which has helped me to diversify from traditional leader roles to develop learning & OD strategies that completely reimagines a team member journey or business process, truly impacting an organisations culture. I have been able to learn from leading across fast pace teams in retail, IT, higher education & manufacturing. My experience to date has built on my early career as a business analyst, project manager & consultant allowing me to look at OD & L&OD solutions in a way that drives business improvement & transformation. Recent achievements that I am most proud of include:- Being recognised for "getting things done" and taking people on the journey, leading through motivation and encouraging others to learn- Delivering the "What amazing looks like" capability framework, based on Korn Ferry, in to Kmart Target & building this to be part of the language in the business. - Sourcing a panel of learning vendors, including Swinburne professional, to deliver bespoke learning solutions from stores through to senior leaders. Managed the relationships and contracts for the panel in line with the annual forecast and budget. - Partnered with Microsoft to deliver an app in Microsoft Teams that was redesigned to form the centre of a digital learning ecosystem. This solution has made a very segregated learning & OD strategy feel like a single solution that delivers push and pull learning. - Led the design, development and implementation of a complex multi-tenancy learning management system across 4 different businesses using 1 enterprise application. - Appointed as a leadership mentor to future technical leaders across Asia Pacific. I have mentored 4 future leaders in IT both in Australia and Asia and am proud of what they have achieved in the program. - Introduced sharepoint in to business units as both a collaboration tool as well as a way to improve the promotion and access to learning and OD frameworks. - Introducing PowerBi as a reporting tool that has not only made information accessible but substantially reduced time to reporting for learning and HR that previously took weeks to months to prepare.
