I joined DKA in 2007 and have worked across all sectors, initially in a technical capacity and now leading DKA's interiors team.Working at DKA has made me highly aware of the impact good design can have, whether it’s in achieving independence with a disability or simply having a pleasant and efficient environment to work in.I am particularly interested in creating inclusive environments, a passion that began with an undergraduate project at Falmouth University and has been developed through projects undertaken at DKA and further research during my MSc in Environmental Psychology. Interior design can play a huge part in allowing users with additional needs make sense of their environment, achieve greater independence and improve their emotional wellbeing.
