Managed Small Business for a 72-branch network through the design and implementation of sales process & activities, training, product knowledge, sales support tools, SME workshops and marketing to attract, retain, and grow the Small Business client portfolio.

Managed Wachovia At Work® program for Western Region. Oversaw sales process & activities, designed effective sales tools, developed program champions, and partnered with Retail leadership and 218 financial centers to ensure program consistency, increase deposit acquisition and deepen existing relationships.

Western Banking Group

Served as marketing strategist for Western Banking Group CEO, COO and executive team. Managed a team of three responsible for regional marketing, project management and business development channels for Western Region Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Business Banking segments. Managed the design and implementation of (World Savings) Retail sales initiatives and programs for a national network of 287 financial centers, with over 3,000 employees. Oversaw the Sales & Service Evaluations department including one manager, three employees and 30 market consultants.

Managed corporate marketing strategies for (World Savings) Retail deposit acquisition program and de novo branch grand openings. Responsible for management of a third-party vendor that included gift sourcing, purchasing, fulfillment and technical support. Direct manager for one employee.
