Customers call in asking recommendations on products, a projected turn-around time, and an estimated cost. Upon receipt of an order it was essential to preview the order for completion and accuracy, as to not delay the order while in production. While an order in house it was the responsibility of customer services representatives to handle any concerns regarding the customers order. Secondary responsibilities included the following: billing, issuing credits, and answering phones.

The main focus of this position was customer interaction as well. Upon receipt of a magazine or book the order would need to be entered into the system and scheduled for a due date. While the order was in-house advising the customers on any delays and concerns was the primary focus. When a set of proofs was completed on a project effective communication was key to resolve any concerns or changes. It was imperative this was all done in a timely manner to ensure the completed project was shipped to printers on time. Secondary responsibilities included the following: film pick-ups, quality control, billing, issuing credits, and plant scheduling.
