Smartsheet utilized an automated notification system that let users and production know when content was received, when it was ingested and ready for use in Avid, where to find the ingested content, and where to locate the raw media.

In charge of prioritizing, managing, and maintaining the strict schedule of the digital assets for Scholastic's newest guided math program, Math180, which is set to launch in August 2013 for the 2013-2014 school year.I am responsible for consulting with the producers, production managers, designers, and engineers in order to ensure that each design asset has been approved, tweaked, edited, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I am responsible for tracking all design assets to make sure everything is up to date.
