In addition, Rebecca has advised and represented medical students in respect of Academic Progress and Fitness to Practise Procedures initiated by their Universities. Rebecca also represents healthcare professionals involved in MHPS and Performers List procedures and appears before NHS Hospital Trusts and NHS England. Rebecca undertakes her own advocacy in interim hearings in respect of regulatory proceedings and at Inquests and is well versed in helping healthcare professionals and businesses prepare for the experience. She also advises clients on a wide range of medico-legal issues including disclosure under the Data Protection Act and in accordance with the Freedom of Information act.
