This role involves liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including potential clients, suppliers, sponsors and partner organisations for the up and coming exhibition at the AECC called "Scotlands Best Outdoors". A great deal of the work is presenting to potential exhibitors, selling advertising space, building and maintaining relationships, graphic design of all the marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, press ads etc as well as being the first point of contact for all media interviews.

Creating, developing and managing communicative strategies, information and documentation on the company’s internal and external communication channels including internal, public and partner websites, knowledgebase, databases etc. I was also responsible for designing animations and interactive support articles for the global OKI website.

Guy Robertson Partnerships was one of the biggest Advertising Agencies in Scotland, looking after brands such a Toyota, Tiso, High Spring and the NHS. My role within the company was the advertising traffic coordinator and I was the direct link between agency and press. I was responsible for developing projectdeadlines and ensuring that quality standards were being met by liaising between clients, the agency's creative department, printers, account executives and the press.
