About Rebecca Green Aku

Nutrition and public health became a passion of mine while working in Eastern Kentucky as a teacher. Living in a low access, rural area allowed me to experience the barriers many people face when trying to live a healthy life. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I work to improve the health outcomes of individuals, families, and communities through client-centered nutrition interventions. Through this partnership, I believe we can identify barriers to success and find long-term solutions that are achievable and support overall health.
