*Teaching 27 sixth graders and 30 seventh graders Singapore Mathematics daily -Created lesson plans with differentiated activities, including using Khan Academy*Teaching a Reading Intervention Program to both 6th and 7th grade students -Responsible for the assignment of reading curriculum on the Reading Plus program*Teaching a Math Intervention Program to both 6th and 7th grade students -Responsible for the management of math curriculum on the Odyssey Program

Tutored students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in all of the Sylvan curriculum for students in both the Beginning & Academic Reading, Math, Study Skills, and Advanced Writing Programs as well as in Ace it! Tutoring’s Reading and Math programs.

*Managed & Marketed the Sylvan after-school tutoring program, Ace it! Tutoring, under the “No Child Left Behind Act” growing the program from 20 students in 1 district to 400+ students in 5 districts2008-2009 – 20 students at 1 school in Denver Public Schools2009-2010 – 100+ students at 6 schools in Denver Public Schools2010-2011 – 200+ students at 12 schools in Aurora, Cherry Creek, and Denver2011-2012 – 300+ students in 18 schools in Aurora; Adams 12, 14, & 50; and Denver2012-2013 – 425 students at 26 schools in Aurora; Adams 12, 14, & 50; and Denver*Interviewed multiple tutoring candidates every year; hired and trained 50 tutors (2012-2013)*Supervised tutors each year by traveling to school locations to ensure the program was delivered accurately, including administering the pre- and post-assessments to all students

Conducted monthly parent and school conferences for all students on caseload; maintained an individualized program for each student; and participated in the team environment.
