Prior roles include Executive Vice President and General Manager at GivingDNA, a next generation wealth profiling and donor engagement platform that helps nonprofits see the stories in their data and raise more money for their missions. I led the product development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a cutting-edge solution that empowers fundraisers with actionable insights and personalized communication. I also held various executive roles at Pursuant, a leading fundraising agency, where I was a strategic thought partner and a culture builder for both internal and external stakeholders.Why do I do what you do? I am also an avid volunteer with the Seed Effect, a micro-finance organization working with South Sudanese refugees and Ugandans to bring economic empowerment and hope to the hard places.
