After the sale of my community with Equity Residential I stayed on board with Bernard / Allison Management who took over the management of my community for our owners, McDowell Properties. I continued working with Bernard / Allison for over a year when our owners changed management companies to Gables Residential.

I started my career in property management with Equity as a Leasing Consultant. I moved up through the ranks as an Assistant Manager and eventually moved into the Community Manager position. During my career with Equity I helped as a mentor to new employees, I instructed training classes and I successfully handled the disposition of our community which included broker walks and tours, historical data research, inventory assessments and maintaining team moral throughout the sale process.I thoroughly enjoyed working for Equity Residential.
