• Liaising partnership between #OaklandUndivided campaign and Oakland's charter schools to ensure that every student in Oakland has a laptop and internet connection at home.• More than 25,000 students in need now have home access to a computer, internet, and tech support - and we have increased connectivity of students from low-income backgrounds across Oakland from 12% to 98%. As important, we are closing the divide across racial groups, as 98% connectivity applies not only overall to all students in Oakland, but also specifically to African-American and Latinx students as well.

All participants are either in the early phases of starting a business or accelerating growth of an existing venture. Participants facilitate learning experiences based on their expertise, as well as learn new skills they need to take next steps in their venture.

• Founded a group for entrepreneurial women in the change-making sector who are in a state of flux in their career or who are independent contractors to partner and learn from one another in growing their practice. • We currently have 35 members and meet twice a month in online. One meeting is a consultancy style meeting where we think through our current problems of practice. The other meeting is a presentation style meeting where we learn new skills and content to help us grow our professional practice.

• Creating and Facilitating professional development training highlighting trauma-informed teaching and suicide prevention for high school teachers in West Contra Costa Unified School District. • Utilizing "The Resilience in School Environments (RISE) Initiative" resources by Healthier Generation and Kaiser Permanente to help schools create safe and supportive learning environments through improving the social-emotional health of all students and staff.

• Offering executive strategic decision-making support with business development and marketing.

• Launched a brand new internship program sending 40 high school students and 5 supervisors to every school across Oakland Unified School District to take inventory, sort, rewire, and repair every site's Chromebooks over the summer so they can be fully prepared for the 2021-2022 school year.• Collaborated in partnership with OUSD Tech Services, OUSD ECCCO Internships, and every school site's principal, site coordinator, and summer administrator.• Orchestrated the training of site supervisors and interns, all of whom we did not require any prior expertise or experience in technology before being hired for this program.

• Designed and Delivered a 5-session training series to a staff of 17 on how to effectively transition to a high functioning and healthy remote working culture. Each session was 2 hours and tailored to the needs and preferences of staff. Sessions were a mix of pre-recorded, live with the whole org., live with teams, and live with managers.• Assembled a team of 4 coaches to provide 2 hours of coaching for each staff member supporting personal needs in the remote working habits and practices. Staff members selected which coach they would like to work with.
