Teach math to adult English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners in Business, Health Sciences, Engineering, and Information Technology; however, I mainly taught math in the Technician Preparatory Program (TPP). TPP is designed to prepare students to work as electrical technicians, instrumentation technicians, mechanical technicians, and process plant operators in the industries of Qatar. Conceptualized, designed, and developed the math course materials for the trades program, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements and practical skill development. Orchestrated a comprehensive overhaul of the math trades program, strategically shifting the curriculum's emphasis towards project-based learning and mastery acquisition. Redesigned and developed a comprehensive IT math course, including all computer programming labs to enhance practical skills. Developed comprehensive course materials for a statistics math course tailored to meet the needs of both business and engineering students. Collaborated with the college’s Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) and the Applied and Experiential Learning Center (ALT Center) development teams to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources for teachers.

Taught multi-level math classes to Inuit students whose first language is Inuktitut. Developed instructional materials, with a focus on math and literacy. Developed creative solutions to modify the math program to be more learner-centered, where at-risk students could be successful even while continuously caught in the dropout cycle.Coached teachers on the appropriate curriculum, how to develop and implement it, how to use special education resources, and how document student learning to ensure continuous academic progress throughout their school career. Advised and supported math teachers from the 14 Nunavik communities to source suitable math resources. As a lead member of a team of educators, I reformed the math curriculum for these schools. Also, I provided support to help new teachers acclimate and minimize culture shock.Researched, acquired, and developed special education materials, focusing on math and literacy. Collaborated with teachers to provide additional literacy support to individual students and small groups of students. In addition to math and literacy, I taught various other subjects, including EFL, social studies, personal and social development, computer science, and art during my initial years of teaching.
