With over 14 years of experience as a mediator and HR lead, I have developed a strong expertise in industrial relations, employee benefits, and conflict resolution. I have successfully led the merger of two group subsidiaries, negotiated a joint union recognition agreement, and managed all aspects of collective bargaining and policy development. I am currently the head of HR at Cobalt Ground Solutions, a leading ground handling company in the UK, where I oversee all HR matters and serve as the central contact for all union and group issues.In addition to my HR role, I am also a passionate mediator, facilitator, and qualitative researcher in the field of reconciliation and peacebuilding.
