I have spent the past 12 years working in brand communications, leading award-winning creative work that builds brands and engages employees. When I joined Google in 2018 to lead internal communications for its EMEA HQ, I was able to take my external brand experience and apply it to an internal audience. I knew there was a better way to do internal comms than town halls and emails. I developed a vision for how to engage employees as active participants in a strategy, rather than passive consumers. My passion is storytelling, whether it be through high-impact videos, engaging podcasts, bold above-the-line work or thought-provoking speeches. I write on behalf of executives and brands, drafting compelling copy that engages audiences and leaves them wanting more.
