• At Australia’s leading vision research institute, I developed and led a content and social strategy to build an engaged digital community. A few things I did:
• New website project management. I led the complete redevelopment of the CERA website, including content strategy and planning, coordinating an external agency and contractors, and managing complex stakeholder needs.
• Quality editorial content and website growth. I created a regular publishing rhythm of engaging content and drove a 60% growth in website traffic in the first six months (100% growth year on year).
• Social media engagement. In the first six months, my social media strategy more than doubled our Facebook reach and engagement, achieved on a very modest budget.
