The Renewable Energy Special Projects Committee manages and invests student fees on behalf of the UNC Student Body on energy efficiency and management, renewable energy, and energy efficiency projects. As Co-Chair from 2022-2024 I:Managed an annual budget of $215,000 on behalf of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Organized a 40-person student group to effectively execute renewable energy projects on campus including a 600kWh PV system, scholarship programming, and LED lighting system review. Developed a spending plan to address budget surplus concerns and managed the dissemination of $1,110,618 to improve UNC's energy consumption habits.

Responsible for helping to oversee the Daily Tar Heel's 4 departments consisting of 200 employees, and an annual budget of over 300k. Facilitate monthly Board meetings to review the financial standing of the organization and oversaw the drafting of compliance policy to avoid conflict of interest challenges. Contributed to the 2024 overhaul of organizational Bylaws to improve operations and policeis.Chaired the 2024 Executive Director Search Committee to successfully hire the newest Executive Director of the DTH. Advised on policy initiatives with diverse teams and oversee university wise implementation and policy rollout. Policy highlights include waitlist registration reform, general education curriculum audits and recommendations, and on campus parking access improvements. Collaborated with Undergraduate Senators, Graduate Senators, Graduate leadership, and administrative leadership across the University.

Conducted interviews with student external appointment applicants and worked with administrators to connect students to relevant resources. Maintained records of the policy work done by 136 external appointments including accessibility challenges on campus, curriculum review, and student safety concerns.

Utilized ArcGIS Software to identify food deserts in Lexington, Kentucky. Alongside four other students I developed a delivery plan for a mobile food market to address food insecurity.
