-Development of Vendor Procurement Program-Insurance Claim Tracking-Legal Case Management -Property Acquisitions/Due Diligence-Management of Service Contracts

• Oversee the onsite floating team.• Work closely with 3rd party owners/asset managers to facilitate new property takeovers by managing historical report compilation, MRI uploads, immediate staffing needs, utility transfers, etc.• Work directly with all internal department heads to ensure all transitional tasks are completed to guarantee a smooth transition for the client, site staff and residents.• Oversee due diligence process and coordination for new acquisitions to include physical plant inspections, file audits, market surveys, bank reconciliations, process reviews, utility review, contract review, creation of operating budget, etc.• Produce Property Assessment Reports for clients 30-60 days after takeover/closing.• Conduct market shops and property assessments for pitch reports for new business.• Work with Portfolio Managers to assist in property dispositions (either owned or fee-managed).• Represent TBR in receivership and/or foreclosure hearings.

I oversee a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to: Conduct Property Administrative Compliance Audits; Due Diligence or Acquisition File Audits; Maintain and Update the Property Policy & Procedure Manual and Forms utilized within the company; Create, Implement and Monitor the Social Media Strategy; Supervise Property Website Set-up; Assistant MRI Support Administrator; Create and Publish the Monthly Company Newsletter; Various Marketing tasks and Graphic Design; Assist with Associate Training and Track Survey Results.
