Rebecca is an Internal Audit Consultant in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance - Controls Assurance practice. Rebecca has experience on a variety of clients in different industries, specifically healthcare, higher education, consumer, and energy, resource, & industrial industries. Such projects included internal controls for financial reporting (ICFR) audits, internal policy and external regulatory compliance reviews, gap analysis, process improvements, and advisory and enterprise risk management (ERM) audits. Rebecca has the ability to provide a financial reporting lens to projects while also focusing on applicable risks and process gaps. She has experience developing insightful recommendations, strategy road maps, and problem solving steps. Rebecca graduated from McMaster Universities Honours Business Commerce Program, as well as the Graduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy. Rebecca is a CPA Candidate and plans to write her CFE in September of 2025.
